InterAction: Leadership is fundamental to success

Samantha Chuula, Programme Manager of the InterAction Leadership Programme in Zambia has submitted a contribution focusing on leadership as fundamental to the success of any form of co-ordinated action in a joint Europe-Africa Partnership Strategy. It emphasises the themes the InterAction programme recognises as important to its success: a Democratic Africa, a Peaceful Africa, a Connected Africa and a Green Africa.
