Christophe Cazelles mentions that the French Centre for Strategic Analysis published on-line the proceedings of the conference held on 23 October 2006 about European action in Africa on security matters. The proceedings are accompanied by the three working papers that served as a basis for discussion, devoted to reinforcing African peacekeeping capacity, EU action in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Darfur crisis.
