The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP-EU (CTA) have submitted a contribution focusing on agriculture specifically in relation to infrastructure and ICT. CTA calls for an EU-Africa partnership with stronger political engagement concerning the connectivity of the rural zones.
