The Portuguese national NGDO platform have initiated a project on EU-Africa dialogue, following that Portugal took over the Presidency of the EU Council on 1 July. The project will focus on civil society participation in the dialogue between Africa and Europe. The main event will be a civil society conference that should take place in November.
