AWEPA, North-South Centre of the Council of Europe and the Portuguese Parliament, organised an EU Presidency seminar on Africa in parallel to the European Development Days. It was addressed by European Commissioner Louis Michel and AU Ambassador to the EU, Mahamet Annadif.
