The Joint Strategy and Action Plan were approved by the Joint Ministerial Troika Meeting on 31 October and should be endorsed by the EU-Africa Summit of Heads of States and Governments in Lisbon on 8-9 December. They should be published soon by the EC. (Please note that the ones posted last week were not the final versions.)
