Europe – Africa Research Network (EARN) Meeting – Implementing the EU-Africa Partnership a year after – Chatham House December 12th, London, UK

EARN had a public meeting with officials of the EC, PAP, Portugal, UK and ECDPM to discuss “Implementing the EU-Africa Partnership a year after” A private meeting of the EARN Network to discuss the workplan and strategy for 2009-2010 was also held.
