Paul Collier, author of “The Bottom Billion,” is interviewed on his opinion of Aid to Africa.
His award-winning book shines a light on some 50 failing states in the world and the billion people who live in them. In this interview, he mentions that there are many motives that donors have in providing aid [which are] political.
