The Conference will include both Senior Officials/Experts and Ministerial meetings. They will discuss among other issues the strategies and reports on the implementation of Africa’s Science and Technology (S&T) Consolidated Plan of Action, implementation of the African Union Summit, AMCOST decisions and S&T international cooperation. Although the 8th Partnership on Science, Information Society and Space, of the Joint Africa-EU Strategy, has not been dedicated any specific session, it will be largely addressed, particularly in the session on S&T international cooperation.
