The EU in International Affairs Conference 2010 – Brussels, 22-24 April 2010

This conference will provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas in understanding the interface of EU and international politics and law and will attempt to foster exchange between the academic and policy communities. It will broadly cover all aspects relevant to understanding the EU in international affairs, and will notably dedicate several sessions to EU-Africa relations, including within the framework of the Joint Africa-EU Strategy.

This Garnet conference is co-organised by the Institute for European Studies (IES) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), the Institut d’Études Européennes (IEE) at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), the UN University Centre for Comparative Regional Integration Studies (UNU-CRIS), and Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations.
